The new holder with an 8 L/D ratio has a unique flute design that utilizes the productivity advantages of the LOGIQ3CHAM line. The flute length a has minimal influence on the tool’s structural strength.
• The recommended cutting conditions are the same as those recommended for the existing LOGIQ3CHAM line.
• The new 8 L/D holder is appropriate for any LOGIQ3CHAM drilling head geometries with the same pocket size.
• Unique patented captive adapters for quad shaped patented 2 and 4 pocket adapters.
• Outstanding stability, vibration free parting system for large diameters as well.
• Improves insert tool life, surface finish and workpiece straightness due to the robust tool design.
• Reduced cutting widths as a result of excellent tool stability which leads to material savings.
• A 160mm bar can be cut with a 3mm wide insert.
• Guarantees high productivity, especially when using TAG N…HF inserts with feeds of up to 0.4mm/rev.

The 18° positive rake angle of the insert assures low cutting forces and provides easy chip breaking for low feed rates from 0.02-0.06 mm/rev.
The inserts are available in sizes 0.3\0.5\0.8\1.0 mm.
• JETCUT square shank toolholder for PENTA 17 inserts are designed to provide high-pressure coolant of up to 340 Bar.
The tools have 3 coolant inlets that enable several connection options and two outlets to cool the insert from the top and bottom in the most efficient way.
The tools are available in 10-25 mm.
The new NEOFEED cutters are available in the diameter range 50-100 mm in the following two shell-mill design configurations:
-FFQ8 FSZ-12 with 12° cutting edge angle for milling with extremely high feed per tooth (fast feed milling) at depths of cut up of to 1.5 mm.
-MFQ8 FSZ-12 with 22° cutting edge angle for “moderate” feed milling (less than high but much more than common) at depths of cut up to 3 mm.
-When milling near a wall using MFQ8 FSZ D...-12 cutter up-milling is recommended.
